At Endaring Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions or accessories, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened, and unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused hair in its original packaging with all security seals intact, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the extensions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
